Rapid Fire Entry!

Another lightning-fast update!  As in a "I only have 15 minutes to post" kind of update.  I may not even be able to proofread.  My inner-grammar snob is twitching.  Anyway.....

I feel really, really good, you guys.  Sometimes I look in the mirror and I think, "Man!  I'm getting TONED!"  Of course, I'm not perfect.  But, for once, I don't really care.  After a lifetime of beating myself up about my body, I'm going to embrace every second of however long this euphoria lasts.

I've fallen deeper in love with meal prepping and spending time in the kitchen.  I just thought I'd share a little recipe today!  I made some 100 calorie apple muffins, no added sugars or fats, using whole wheat flour.  Sounds risky, but the verdict is that it was a successful attempt!  One of my coworkers always jokes with me about how healthy I am, but I reassured her: 

I was once a foodie, I am ALWAYS a foodie.  I refuse to eat anything that tastes like cardboard.  If I want to indulge, I will find a way. 

Finding recipes and making them healthier is honestly one of my favorite things to accomplish.  I feel like it's a win-win; yummy food, no guilt.

Three More Crucial Updates!

1-I'm cohosting a 3-Day Debloat Challenge starting Wednesday, in which I will attempt a totally vegan lifestyle.  I've got excited nerves!  I was pleasantly surprised to see that my vegan grocery list wasn't much different compared to my actual grocery list - which was only about $40.  Not bad for a lifestyle that, to the ignorant, seems prestigious.  Plus, I can do anything for 3 days.  And so can you!  It's not too late to join!!!!

2-I'm seriously considering eliminating my alcohol intake altogether.  I'm doing very well with this; I only indulge about once a week.  But, as healthy choices are probably ignored while under intoxication, I can only imagine how well off I'd be if I resisted altogether.  I'm going to contemplate this notion; develop potential scenarios and how I'd work through them.  To be continued....

3-In my attempt to connect with and help as many people as I can, I've had a handful tell me that they'd love to start, but they don't know how or they feel like it's impossible.  To that, I want to share this amazing image that I recently found:
